Professional services cover implementation, upgrades and application maintenance. A purchase order is required before bookings can be finalised. Travel expenses are additionally chargeable for engagements outside Auckland. The number of hours quotes are estimated, and the actual hours spent will be invoiced on completion of the engagement. Wherever possible we will advise if we believe the number of hours required will exceed the estimate quoted.
